Job Title: Carpenter Multi-TradeJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeJob Category: Property ServicesLocation: Slough and High WycombeHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pmSalary: 24.00 - 25.00 per hourWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to join a growing housing contractor, carrying out repair and maintenance works to occupied social housing properties across Slough and High Wycombe. Working in partnership with housing associations, you''ll play a key role in maintaining properties to a high standard while providing a professional and respectful service to residents.Responsibilities:Carrying out reactive and planned carpentry and general maintenance works within occupied properties.Completing carpentry works including repairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units, and flooring.Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, plaster patching, wall repairs, tiling, and general making-good works to ensure properties are fully prepared for occupation.Identifying and completing required repairs efficiently, ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment throughout each property, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.Using a PDA to manage daily tasks, record job updates, capture relevant information, and accurately complete and close works.Operating and maintaining tools and equipment ..... full job details .....
