Responsibilities: Carrying out responsive carpentry repairs within social housing properties, including easing and adjusting doors, repairing frames, and fixing or replacing locks, hinges, and windows. Completing a range of multi-trade maintenance tasks to support efficient repairs, including basic plumbing (e.g. fixing leaks, changing taps), patch plastering, tiling, and making good/decorating after works. Attending occupied properties, diagnosing faults, and achieving first-time fixes where possible, ensuring homes are left safe, secure, and habitable.
