Responsibilities: Carrying out reactive and planned carpentry and general maintenance works within void properties. Completing carpentry works including repairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units, and flooring. Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, plaster patching, wall repairs, tiling, and general making-good works to ensure properties are fully prepared for occupation. Identifying and completing required repairs efficiently, ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
