This role involves working across social housing properties throughout Farnham, Guildford and Crawley, carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks to a high standard. Responsibilities: Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Installing, repairing, and replacing doors, windows, skirting boards, and other wooden fixtures. Addressing minor plumbing issues such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, and fitting pipework.
