The Role: Carry out reactive and planned maintenance in social housing properties. Complete general carpentry repairs and maintenance. Repair and replace doors, frames, skirting, architraves and ironmongery. Carry out kitchen and bathroom repairs and minor refurbishments. Complete first and second-fix carpentry works. Undertake general multi-trade property maintenance and making-good works. Carry out basic plumbing, patch plastering and decorating where required. Work within occupied properties while maintaining excellent customer service. Diagnose issues and aim for a first-time fix wherever possible. Manage a daily workload across a large geographical patch. Complete works safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Follow relevant health and safety, housing and company procedures.
