This is a mobile role covering CO, CM and SS postcodes, so candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance works in occupied homes. Completing 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks including doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and general woodwork repairs. Undertaking additional multi-trade duties such as basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating where required. Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
