This is a mobile role covering Swindon, Salisbury, Gloucester, Witney, Banbury and Bicester, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties. Completing both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks including doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and general woodwork repairs. Undertaking additional multi-trade duties including basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating where required.
