We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade based in Sidcup.

Day to Day for Carpenter Multi Trade:

• Carrying out day-to-day general maintenance in domestic properties, with a focus on carpentry and external works such as fencing

   

• Providing excellent customer service, including meeting and greeting tenants

   

• Using a PDA system for job management

  Requirements for Carpenter Multi Trade:

   

   

• Qualified to NVQ or City & Guilds (C&G) level in Carpentry
• Proven experience in external works, particularly fencing

   

• Experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) properties

  The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a carpenter, joiner, or multi trade operative with expertise in external works, particularly fencing, and a background in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) properties.
