The successful candidate will have a strong background in roofing and external carpentry works, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Location: Bodmin and surrounding areas Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace fascia boards to support guttering systems and improve roofline integrity. Fit and maintain soffit boards , ensuring adequate roof ventilation and weather protection. Install, repair, and replace roof battens in preparation for roofing works and roof covering installations. Assess roofline and timber structures, identifying defects and recommending appropriate repairs. Carry out remedial carpentry works to roof structures where required. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
