UPVC Carpenter Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week Salary: 41,200 per annum Location: Redhill, Guildford, Horsham and surrounding South West patch Closing date for applications: 13th October 2026 at 11pm Interviews will take place commencing 20th October 2026 at our office in Sidcup LandQ are looking for an experienced Multi trader/UPVC operative to work within our Reactive Maintenance Team. this role will cover Guildford, Redhill, Horsham and surrounding area. While successful candidates will be allocated a primary working area, they may be expected to work across the wider South West region as required to support service delivery. The role will be dealing with all aspects of internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs. Carpentry skills will be required for you to fulfil this role. Our Operatives are supplied with an LandQ van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment. You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device). Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to LandQ and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a right first-time service. Limiting follow ons and increasing satisfaction. Our in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general.
