We are recruiting for a skilled tradesperson to join a busy repairs and maintenance team delivering high-quality work across occupied and void social housing properties. This is a permanent role offering a company van, fuel card, and the opportunity to work for a well-established organisation with a consistent workload. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out responsive repairs and planned maintenance works within social housing properties Hang, ease, and adjust internal and external doors Repair and replace locks, hinges, handles, and other ironmongery Install and repair kitchens, worktops, cabinets, and units Fit skirting boards, architraves, door frames, and other finishing carpentry Undertake flooring repairs and installations, including laminate and timber flooring Repair and replace fencing, gates, and external timber structures Carry out UPVC door and window repairs where required Complete minor multi-trade works and make-good repairs following maintenance activities Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Deliver excellent customer service when working in tenants'' homes Accurately complete job records and documentation Requirements Proven experience as a Carpenter / Joiner within repairs and maintenance Experience working within social housing is highly ..... full job details .....
