Carpenter (Repairs Specialist) Southampton (Covering surrounding area) Up to £36,000 Would you like to join Hyde as a Carpenter? If you re a hands?on tradesperson who can turn their hand to a range of jobs and takes pride in doing things properly, we d like to hear from you. As a Carpenter at Hyde, you ll be working in our homes carrying out day?to?day repairs and maintenance. You ll be trusted to get jobs done right first time and to treat our customers with respect in their homes. What you ll be doing Carrying out multi?trade repairs including carpentry,and general maintenance Fixing day?to?day issues such as doors, kitchens, bathrooms, leaks, walls and flooring Completing patch plastering, minor tiling, painting and similar finishing works Working on your own jobs but also alongside other trades when needed Following work orders and reporting back on progress and materials used Working safely at all times and following Hyde s health and safety procedures Providing a professional, friendly service to customers in their homes UPVC Repairs and Maintenance: Repairing and maintaining windows and doors, including replacing hinges, handles, and locking mechanisms. Installing new Fire doors, including cutting and adjusting frames. What we re looking for Solid experience across multiple trades, especially carpentry Confident using hand and power tools Able to work independently and manage your own workload A practical problem?solver who can spot issues and fix them properly ..... full job details .....
