Your new companyWe are seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our construction team in Headington, Oxford. This role involves a variety of works, including first and second fix carpentry, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your new role Carrying out first and second fix carpentry tasks, including fitting doors, windows, skirting boards and frameworks. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans. Measuring, cutting and assembling wood and other materials accurately. Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Ensuring all work meets quality standards and project specifications. Maintaining a clean and organised work area. Complying with health and safety regulations at all times. What you''ll need to succeed Proven experience as a carpenter within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Own tools and PPE (essential). Valid CSCS Card (preferred). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
