Our client is a well-established organisation delivering repairs and maintenance services across social housing properties. Due to increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their Asset Management team with a skilled Carpenter who can deliver high-quality repair and maintenance work while providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy maintenance team working across occupied domestic properties. The Role Carry out a variety of carpentry repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties. Complete first and second fix carpentry, repairs, installations and general maintenance tasks. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting quality and safety requirements. Record completed work and materials used using handheld technology or job management systems. Liaise professionally with tenants, supervisors and office staff regarding scheduled works.
