Applicants must have the right to work in the UK Job Title: Carpenter (Void Properties) Location: Various domestic properties (voids) Pay Rate: 25 per hour Start Date: To be confirmed Duties: Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on void properties Installing and repairing doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and kitchens as required Completing remedial works and general repairs to a high standard Ensuring all work is completed efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Adhering to all site health and safety regulations Reporting any additional works or issues to site management Requirements: Valid CSCS card (essential) Proven experience in carpentry, particularly within domestic or social housing void properties Own tools and PPE preferred Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Good understanding of health and safety practices By applying for this role, you consent to us processing and storing your ..... full job details .....
