This is a mobile role covering a property portfolio across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and surrounding areas.Responsibilities:Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance work to a high standard, completing repairs right first time wherever possible.Completing responsive repairs, planned maintenance work and follow-on repairs across our housing stock.Ensuring all repairs are completed safely and in line with relevant legislation, regulations and company procedures.Accurately completing job records, paperwork and updates using mobile working technology.Identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns, property issues or health and safety risks.Using materials, equipment and resources efficiently whilst minimising waste.Maintaining appropriate van stock levels to support daily repairs.Working independently and alongside colleagues to identify practical solutions to repair issues.Supporting, coaching and mentoring apprentices and developing members of the team when required.Purchasing materials where authorised and ensuring all associated paperwork is completed accurately and on time.Requirements:Full UK Driving Licence (manual)Benefits: Company vehicle, ..... full job details .....
