Salary: Up to -38,000 per annum + Company Van + Fuel Card
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Job Overview:
Are you a skilled Carpenter with experience in social housing repairs? We''re seeking a dedicated, reliable individual to join a well-regarded social housing maintenance provider. You''ll carry out essential repairs and maintenance on tenanted properties, making a real difference in people''s homes.

As a Carpenter, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Repairs & Maintenance:

  • Hanging doors, fitting kitchens, repairing flooring, and skirting.

  • Constructing, installing, and repairing wood structures and fixtures.

  • General maintenance tasks as required.

• Preparation & Organisation:

  • Ensuring proper tools, equipment, and materials are available before starting jobs.

• Job Management:

  • Logging jobs and updating progress via handheld PDA device.

  • Completing a range of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and void refurbishments.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Carpenter in a domestic or social housing setting.

• Work Setting: Comfortable working in both occupied and void social housing properties.

• Licence: Full UK manual driving licence is essential.

• Salary: Up to -38,000 per annum (depending on experience).

• Company Van & Fuel Card: Provided for work use.
