      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;22 - &amp;pound;23/hour | Type: Temporary | Position:  Carpenter   Location:  South Birmingham   Contract Type : Temporary - minimum 5 weeks   Start date:  Monday 20th April      Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to support an upcoming pub fit-out project, carrying out both 1st and 2nd fix works in South Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced fit-out environment, working on a live refurbishment project with a strong pipeline of further work available.         The Role:    1st fix carpentry (studwork, framing, structural elements)  2nd fix carpentry (doors, skirting, architraves, finishes)  Working as part of a fit-out team on a commercial pub project  Ensuring high standards of workmanship and site safety         Requirements:    Proven experience in 1st &amp; 2nd fix carpentry  Previous experience on fit-out or refurbishment projects (ideally pubs, bars, or commercial interiors)  Own tools and PPE  Ability to work to drawings and specifications  Reliable, professional, and able to work to programme deadlines         How To Apply:   If you''re available and interested, please apply with your updated CV.</description>
