The role will involve a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring residents receive a high-quality, right-first-time service.The successful candidate will have experience within social housing, domestic maintenance or responsive repairs and be capable of working independently whilst maintaining excellent customer service standards. Daily Responsibilities:Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance on occupied residential propertiesRepairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting, architraves and locksCompleting kitchen repairs, cupboard repairs and flooring worksCarrying out fencing and gate repairsUndertaking first and second fix carpentry worksDiagnosing repair issues and delivering effective solutionsUpdating work orders and material usage through PDA/mobile technologyManaging van stock and ordering materials as requiredProviding a high level of customer service to residentsEnsuring all works are completed safely and efficiently Requirements:NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery, City and Guilds or equivalent qualificationPrevious ..... full job details .....
