- Carry out reactive repairs, replacements, and improvements in tenanted social housing properties, focusing on joinery tasks such as doors, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms
- Work independently or as part of a maintenance team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service across various housing schemes
Profile
A successful applicant should have:
- Proven experience in joinery, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance.
- Ideally have relevant qualifications in carpentry & joinery (NVQs or City & Guilds)
- Ability to work in occupied homes with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Basic multi-trade skills are advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
- Own van required
- Own tools required

- Competitive hourly rate up to -23.00, depending on experience.
