Carpenter

Carpenter Required -  North Cornwall

Experienced Carpenter required in North Cornwall to work on social housing maintenance projects for a busy and well liked contractor. 

This is a permanent position paying between £35-37,000 per annum plus a van and fuel card, good holiday allowance and fortnightly pay. 

All work in North Cornwall, Bodmin up to Bude so you need to be happy with travel within that patch and live locally. 

Carpenter Day to Day:

• Maintenance and repairs on social housing properties
• Kitchens and bathrooms 
• Reporting to your supervisor
• Completing work to the correct standard
• Working well with the rest of the site team

Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:

• Carpentry Qualification
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
