We are currently looking for a Carpenter. You will be working in the Southampton area

Monday - Friday

07:30am - 16:15pm-

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - -22.70ph umbrella

Job Purpose

We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of Carpenter within Southampton City Housing Operations team.- Experience of working with UPVC installation and property maintenance would be an advantage, it is essential for you to have a practical understanding of the construction / property maintenance industry.- You will be liaising with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role.
