We are looking for an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join our Clients Property Team. This role is crucial in making a real difference in people''s lives by ensuring the safety and quality of their housing.

• Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs.
• Perform both 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry tasks.
• Install windows, doors, and door frames, both internal and external.
• Handle UPVC servicing and installation.
• Conduct locksmithing tasks including lock snapping, drilling, and picking.
• Engage in various forms of fencing installations.
• Fit and build kitchens, along with minor joinery tasks.
• Undertake basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and other general maintenance tasks as required.

• Proven Carpentry experience
• Minimum qualification: NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or at least 5 years of proven track record in the field.
• Strong understanding of health and safety best practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year''s driving experience.
• Ability to manage a company van for business use.
