Carpenter Responsibilities:

• Reactive maintenance on tenanted and void properties
• Fire door remedial work
• General carpentry repairs and installations
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines

What you''ll need:

• Experience in carpentry or a relevant qualification
• Proven experience in social housing maintenance
• Knowledge and experience of fire door remedial work
• Own van and tools
