A new opportunity has come to the market working for one of the leading and most recognizable FM companies in the UK working across their Key Account Network division as a Carpenter looking after all compliance on the Fire Doors in Greater London. In this role you will join as an independent engineer working across the businesses largest and most crucial accounts carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance and supporting in the areas the business needs most.-

Job Responsibilities for a Carpenter:

• Visual inspections on fire doors using a new system implemented by the company
• Competing any remedial works such as replacing doors, replacing door set, lipins, seals, painting, putting up signage.
• Being part of the BM Tarda accreditation completing any assigned training and qualifications needed
• Working in part of a new team-which will develop and grow over time
• Covering a patch of the country and working across all ISS sites and collaborating with other teams to ensure the SLA are meet.

Qualifications/Experience required for a Carpenter:

• NVQ Level 1,2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery
• Previous fire door experience
• BM Trada experience (Ideal)
