Position: 3 Carpenters Needed on a Residential Site.

Location: Oxford, United Kingdom.

Pay: -25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction and Installation:
  Carpenters build and install structures like walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, staircases, and frameworks. They also assemble and install fitted furniture, cabinets, and shelving.
  
  
  
  
  
• Woodworking and Finishing:
  They cut, shape, and assemble wooden components, often using hand and power tools. This includes tasks like laying flooring, installing trim, and creating custom woodwork.
  
  
  
  
  
• Reading and Interpreting Blueprints:
  Carpenters need to understand technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  
  
  
  
  
• Site Preparation and Maintenance:
  They prepare construction sites, clear debris, and maintain tools and equipment.
  
  
  
  
  
• Safety Compliance:
  Carpenters must follow safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  
  
  
  
  
• Material Selection and Management:
  They may be involved in selecting appropriate wood based on size, strength, and project requirements.
  
  
  
  
  
• Communication and Collaboration:
  Carpenters interact with clients, site managers, and other tradespeople, requiring effective communication and teamwork skills.
  
  
  
  
  
• Repair and Restoration:
