The role requires a strong focus on first-time fixes, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of workmanship while working in tenants'' homes.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertaking all aspects of carpentry repairs (doors, frames, kitchens, flooring, fencing, etc.)Completing reactive maintenance works in occupied social housing propertiesDiagnosing faults and delivering effective, long-lasting solutionsEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardProviding excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism at all timesRequirementsProven experience in domestic/social housing or council property maintenanceNVQ/City and Guilds in Carpentry (or ..... full job details .....
