Skilled carpenters from outside the marine industry will also be considered, particularly those with experience in bespoke or high-specification work. You will be working to exacting standards, playing a key role in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and premium finishes. This role is located in Wroxham. Key Responsibilities of Carpenter / Boat Builder Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry to a high standard Install and assemble bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and interior components Complete final fit-out including windows, doors, sinks, and fixtures Accurately scribe, trim, and adjust components for a seamless finish Work to tight tolerances with excellent attention to detail Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Work with other departments including engineering, electrical, and upholstery teams Skills & Experience Required Carpenter / Boat Builder Proven experience as a Boat Builder, Carpenter, or Joiner Marine or luxury yacht exper...
