Annual salary: up to £37,913.40 Job Posting Advert Carpenter Location: Rainham (Essex) Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary up to £37,913.40per annum, plus, company van and fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) We''re currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Rainham. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties, helping ensure residents'' homes are safe, functional, and well maintained. You''ll be responding to a variety of day-to-day repair requests, including tasks such as replacing internal doors, repairing skirting boards and architraves, fitting kitchen units, and completing general finishing works. No two days are the same, and your ability to work efficiently, solve problems on-site, and provide excellent customer service will be essential.
