The role involves delivering high-standard reactive repairs, refurbishment works, and planned maintenance across residential properties throughout Staines-upon-Thames. Responsibilities: Carrying out routine and responsive carpentry repairs in occupied residential properties as part of a maintenance service. Replacing and repairing internal doors, frames, handles, locks, and hinges. Fitting and adjusting kitchen units, worktops, cupboard doors, and pelmets. Installing or replacing skirting boards, architraves, and other decorative joinery. Repairing or replacing timber flooring, stair components, and handrails as required.
