The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry maintenance, repair, and improvement works across the college campus, helping to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. In addition to carpentry duties, the role will involve undertaking basic maintenance tasks across other trades, including minor plumbing and electrical works. Formal qualifications in these areas are not required, although a willingness to learn and support the wider Estates team is essential.
