Key Responsibilities Carry out carpentry repairs, installations, and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties. Complete a wide range of carpentry works, including door and frame repairs, lock replacements, kitchen repairs, skirting, architraves, and general joinery. Diagnose and rectify defects efficiently, ensuring work is completed right first time. Undertake associated basic multi-trade tasks where required.
