Manage and grow the Intradco brand in the IMEA region.Develop a sales strategy aligned with Intradco’s overall strategy and 2030 growth plans.Identify, target, and secure business opportunities across the Africa region.Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities

Identify new business development opportunities proactively.Research and grow business in new and existing markets.Secure new clients through cold calling and face-to-face meetings.Communicate with aircraft providers and suppliers for charter offers.Negotiate terms with providers to ensure value for clients.Verify supplier contracts and ensure compliance with charter agreements.Track flights and keep clients updated on operational status.Source suitable aircraft charter solutions based on client requirements.Maintain and develop client relationships to maximize opportunities and loyalty.Keep clients informed of developments related to their enquiries or bookings.Coordinate administrative duties related to flight bookings with internal departments.What We Offer
