The Role:

General school site upkeep
Basic maintenance and repairs
Booking in school deliveries
Opening and securing the site
Key holding responsibilities
Ensuring the site is safe and well maintained
Carrying out maintenance tasks as required

You Will Need:

Previous Caretaker experience
Previous maintenance experience
Fully Enhanced DBS
Reliable and responsible
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
