      <description>Location: Ealing | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our Client are looking for an experienced Caretaker/Maintenance Operative to work at a luxury residential estate in West London.  Working Monday to Friday, hours are 8am - 5pm.  Salary is £40,000 - £50,000 annually.  There is an estate office on site, which would provide the successful candidate with their office base. However, the role is not office based and therefore would suit someone who is practical and has a good general awareness of DIY, as there will be daily occasions where you will need to identify or assist with minor maintenance issues. There will be bins to move, buildings to upkeep and so on.  The role involves a variety of practical duties, including cleaning gutters, moving large bins in and out for the bin collections, sweeping and maintaining the grounds, carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance around the buildings, as well as responding to other day-to-day maintenance issues.
