Undertake routine building inspections and identify maintenance requirements. Report, log and monitor repairs through the facilities helpdesk or CAFM system. Assist in maintaining the physical condition of buildings, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Carry out minor repairs and redecoration works as directed. Inspect and repair external structures such as fences, gates, steps and lighting where appropriate. Assemble and install prefabricated furniture and equipment. Site Operations Support room setups, furniture moves and space reconfigurations for meetings, events, training sessions and examinations. Undertake porterage duties including movement of furniture, equipment and deliveries. Support the effective operation of mailroom, goods-in and distribution services.
