Job Title:-Caretaker
Location: Islington
Pay: -15.03 Per hour PAYE (Inc Holiday) | -19.38 Per hour Ltd
Hours: 35 Per week

Overview:-Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Caretaker to join a dynamic team to work for an Authority in the North London area. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of estates, working collaboratively with residents and estate management to create a welcoming environment. Required Skills:

• Proficiency in literacy and numeracy
• Experience in cleaning or caretaking duties (paid or unpaid)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Skill in handling complaints and repairs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness for manual tasks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in estate management
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with IT systems for task management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Residence in provided accommodation for resident caretakers
• Enhanced clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service
