Job Title: Caretaker (Split Site - Primary Schools)

Location: Across two primary school sites within the same trust
Working Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm flexible Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP after the Easter break (from 13th April)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to work across two welcoming primary school sites within the same trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-presented school environments.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring both schools are opened on time and maintained to a high standard throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and securing both school sites
• Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
• Grounds-keeping and ensuring outdoor areas are safe and tidy
• Monitoring health & safety compliance across both sites
• Supporting the schools with any site-related issues as they arise

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Caretaker, Site Supervisor, or Facilities Manager
• Strong practical maintenance skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to manage responsibilities across two sites effectively
