This is a 25 hour per week role and salary Grade 5, Scp 8-13, -18,124 to -19,638 per annum (actual salary) This role is ideally to start ASAP and for the right person could turn permanent. This is to cover a vacant position. Payment for this position will be prorata to the scale of the role mentioned above. The working pattern of hours can be negotiated at interview stage; however, the role must include either an early start of 6am, a later finish time of 6pm or both under a split shift arrangement. Some of your duties may include: Maintenance and Repairs Carrying out minor repairs (e.g., fixing doors, windows, furniture). Performing routine maintenance of school buildings, fixtures, and fittings. Keeping heating, lighting, and plumbing systems functional. Cleaning and Waste Management Ensuring external areas (playgrounds, car parks, paths) are clean and safe. Managing waste disposal and recycling.
