This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward thinking organisation where duties include: Assisting  in the effective implementation of the grounds maintenance service General maintenance of the grounds on the estate General inspections and dealing with and reporting fly tipping, vandalism, graffiti, fire integrity etc. Ensure that all designated areas are maintained and kept to a high standard.  Provide comprehensive, proactive and efficient support to the management team, ensuring all agreed timescales and service standards are achieved Responsible for weeding, pruning, hedge trimming, borders, watering, mowing of the lawns and other duties for the general maintenance of the grounds on the estate.
