Caretaker - Residential Estate

A leading BTR real estate company is seeking a reliable and hands-on Caretaker to join a residential estate team in Acton, West London. This is a key on-site role responsible for ensuring the estate is safe, clean, and well-presented at all times. 40 hours between Friday to Friday from 8am start to 5pm - No weekends required.Key Responsibilities Ensure all bins are put out and collected on time, maintaining strict adherence to collection schedulesOversee and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the estate, including communal areas and external groundsCarry out general caretaking and minor maintenance tasksMaintain bin stores, including regular cleaning and organisationKeep pathways, entrances, and shared spaces clean, safe, and presentableReport any issues, hazards, or repair needs to the wider property teamSupport with general estate upkeep, including occasional painting and maintenance of external areas About You You must live locally to Acton, West LondonPractical, proactive, and able to work independentlyComfortable with physical tasks, including moving and handling large binsStrong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standardsReliable, punctual, and organisedPrevious caretaking or property maintenance experience is beneficial What s on Offer Opportunity to work with a well-established and growing BTR operatorStable, full-time role within a supportive property teamA hands-on position where you can make a visible difference to residents daily ..... full job details .....
