We''re looking for a proactive Site Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming school environment. The RoleThis is a varied, practical role where no two days are the same. You''ll support the Site Manager in keeping the site secure, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesKeep the site clean, tidy, and presentable - including paths, entrances, and outdoor areasCarry out general maintenance, minor repairs, and DIY tasksSupport site safety by clearing snow/ice and ensuring hazard-free accessAssist with moving furniture and equipment across the siteMonitor and operate systems such as heating, lighting, and security alarmsManage waste, deliveries, and essential stock (e.g. toilet supplies)Carry out routine cleaning, including emergency and scheduled tasksSupport the safe running of specialist facilities, including pool maintenance checksRespond to issues quickly and report any health and safety concerns About YouPractical, hands-on, and confident with basic maintenance tasksAble to work independently and prioritise workload effectivelyA team player with a positive, can-do attitudeCommitted to high standards of cleanliness and safetyCalm under pressure and able to problem-solveBasic IT skills and good communication What We''re Looking ForExperience in cleaning, caretaking, or ..... full job details .....
