Routine maintenance, minor installations, and general repairs to keep our client''s building safe and functional. Plumbing: Fix leaky taps, unclog sinks or toilets, and install basic bathroom or kitchen fixtures. Electrical: Replace lightbulbs, change switches or outlets, and install smoke alarms or doorbells (minor, non-certified work). Carpentry and Joinery: Repair or re-hang doors, fix cabinets, install shelving, and handle general wood repairs. Painting and Decorating: Touch up paint, paint walls and ceilings, fill cracks, and handle plaster patching or wallpaper repairs.
