      <description>Location: London | Salary: 28000.00-28000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Full time - site based in N12 Finchley - 9am to 6pm Managing a block of 91 flats reporting into the onsite Housing Officer. Tools and uniform provided. Caretaker responsibilities: Summary of Responsibilities and Personal Duties:  Sweep and clean all internal and external areas on a scheduled and a reactive basis, including the safe use of appropriate equipment, chemicals, and materials. End of tenancy clean of individual flats (deep Clean) Remove fly-tipping, or other bulky items, from communal areas and dwellings to an appropriate area. Carry our general repairs such as light switch changing, changing light bulbs dealing with blocked drainage, mastic, grout, and changing door locks Carry out systematic checks on a scheduled or reactive basis, and sorting or reporting problems, including but not limited to litter bins, communal lighting, boiler and hot water issues, fire safety hazards and communal repairs Request and monitor repairs to communal areas, using appropriate means or by communicating with relevant managers or supervisors Identify and report any welfare or safeguarding concerns about residents Identify and report nuisance, anti-social behaviour or criminal behaviour Look...</description>
