Key Responsibilities Carry out opening and closing (unlocking/locking up) duties on a shift basis. Undertake general caretaking and estates duties across the site. Carry out routine checks of buildings and facilities. Report any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns. Assist with setting up and clearing areas as required. Ensure the premises are secure and ready for use. Support contractors and maintenance teams when required. Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
