This is a varied role for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment, enjoys helping residents and can confidently manage general maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities Carry out daily visual inspections of the building, communal areas and grounds, identifying issues and arranging or completing appropriate action. Keep communal areas and external grounds clean, tidy and well maintained, including sweeping, litter picking and basic grounds maintenance. Manage the bin store, including moving bins for collection and reporting bulk items left in the area. Prepare flats for new residents moving in.
