Interim Caretaker We are seeking a reliable and proactive Interim Caretaker to support the day-to-day maintenance and security of a college in Oxford. Key Responsibilities: Opening and locking the premises Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks Ensuring the site is clean, safe, and secure Responding to urgent maintenance issues as required Supporting health and safety procedures Requirements: Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Enhanced DBS check Good practical skills and a flexible, can-do attitude This is a temporary/interim position with an immediate start.
