CaretakerDerby8:00am - 4:00pm - Monday to Friday Pay: 12.71 per hourPay Frequency: WeeklyDBS: Enhanced DBS required Hatched Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Caretaker to join a site in Derby.The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to keep the site clean, safe and well maintained, as well as carrying out routine planned maintenance duties. Duties will include:General cleaning and upkeep of the siteLitter picking and ensuring external areas are kept clean and tidyCarrying out general maintenance and minor repairsCompleting planned maintenance (PM) tasksWater flushing and routine inspectionsCarrying out fire alarm testingEnsuring the site is safe, clean and presentableOpening and locking the site for lettingsReporting any maintenance or safety issuesWorking independently and managing day-to-day site dutiesRequirements:Enhanced DBS is essentialPrevious experience in a caretaker, maintenance, cleaning or facilities role would be beneficialGood practical maintenance skillsReliable and responsible approach to workAble to work independentlyGood awareness of health and safetyGood communication skills If you are an experienced Caretaker or have a background in cleaning, maintenance or facilities management and are looking for an ongoing opportunity in Derby, we would like to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
