Duties will include: Building Operations & Security Ensuring buildings are prepared and secure for daily use. Carrying out opening, closing, and security arrangements. Monitoring staff car parks and validating staff passes. Health, Safety & Compliance Conducting checks on fire and alarm systems, assisting with fire evacuations. Completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, including monthly tap temperature testing and emergency lighting checks. Facilities & Maintenance Undertaking basic maintenance and repair tasks using light hand tools. Meeting and liaising with contractors and engineers on site.
