Caretaker

We''re looking for a reliable, practical and customer-focused Caretaker to help keep estates, communal spaces and neighbourhoods clean, safe and welcoming. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. From grounds maintenance and cleaning to recycling, estate inspections and supporting residents, you''ll play an important part in making sure neighbourhoods are places people are proud to call home. You''ll spend your days out and about, working independently and as part of a team. You''ll spot issues before they become problems, take pride in getting things done and provide a friendly, helpful service to residents, visitors and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Keep neighbourhoods looking their best - carry out cleaning, grounds maintenance, gardening and general estate upkeep to agreed standards. Make a visible difference - mow, strim, trim hedges, clear communal areas and help maintain safe, tidy and welcoming spaces. Support residents - act as a friendly point of contact, respond to queries and provide excellent customer service. Keep things safe - carry out estate inspections, identify issues and report or resolve problems where appropriate. Support recycling - manage bins, skips and waste, unblock chutes where required and encourage residents to recycle.
